On Christmas Eve my family and I stayed up until it was midnight to open our presents. When it turned midnight my papa came out of his room dressed like Santa Claus my little sister was so happy to see him. My papa sat down on a chair and started handing out our presents. The first present I got was a Minecraft Redstone book, the next thing I got were a pair of black vans ( shoes ), then I got some make up products, shortcake cookies, a DVD player and lots more. Everyone in my family got nice things like my nan got a green stone necklace and Gucci rush perfume. I really liked this Christmas because we all had fun.
Yesterday on new years eve we waited all night for the count when suddenly 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Happy new years my family shouted its was finally the start of 2015. We started celebrating by lighting off our fireworks and then we watched other fireworks and then went to bed. Then I had woken up only knowing that we are going to the kawa bay beach. We got our things ready and went on our ride it was a long ride but we eventually got there. We got dressed and went for a swim while my dad and papa tried fishing for some snapper my uncle was eating some oysters he let me have a try and I didn't like it. After we finished swimming we had some lunch waited for a while and went back for a swim then we packed up and waited to know what my dad and papa caught and that was two snapper. When we got home my papa fried the two snapper and we had them for dinner that was delicious now what we are doing is having a rest from our beautiful day.
